Open your eyes to the lyght…

Man… 26 years. I remember back in Highschool 26 seemed so far away. I don’t think I quite imagined my life would be the way it is now. Hell even 4 years ago seems like only yesterday. (; anyway, just wanted to post something today.

(: We went to go see Joe Rogan on Saturday. He is one sick crazy muthaf-er. For those who don’t know, he did stand up long before Fear Factor. He’s really funny.

For those of you who don’t know, I started playing WOW a few weeks ago, around thanksgiving. So on with the story.

So last Night I was playing my Mage with Tony and I had just finished adventuring and selling stuff. We had picked up a few good items to auction off and make some cash. Wendy came on to get some of the items we had picked up for her. (Mark’s not playing cause he has to go back out to the sea). I traded items with Wendy and was on my way to Stormwind to Auction off the items I found and then go feed the Ferrets and Sleep afterwards.

I made my way to the Ship in Auberdine and I was walking around the ship as usual. The map came up as normal but then something weird happened… I heard the sound that it makes when you are flying as if you are paying a toll, and the map went away and Trade Cancelled came up on my screen. My character was standing there in his underwear. All of my items I was wearing and all of my bags which had my quest items and hearthstone in them disappeared. I had nothing left.

So I attempted to page a GM but they’re in high demand cause of that new patch they applied that has been causing all kinds of crap to go wrong. 3 Hours later I still had not gone to feed the ferrets and I had not heard back from a GM. I’m hoping that when I get home tonight to feed the babies I’ll be able to get a hold of a GM and get my stuff back.

Sharon, Wendy and I were supposed to go to the paramount but I wasn’t able to get a hold of Sharon so we gave the ticket to Chris. The show was Hilarious he was doing a recording for a Comedy Central special. (: So if you happen to catch the show… look for me in the Audience..

So I went to the doctor today and she was translating the results for me. She showed me these cool little graphs of how I sleep and my oxygen levels etc.

To sum up the studies, before I was on CPAP I got about 2 hours of real sleep a night. I stop breathing 36 times an hour and my oxygen levels dropped to around 80%. With the CPAP I had 3 episodes where I stopped breathing but I got almost 5 hours of sleep.

The graphs were really cool and it showed me why I was able to function with such little sleep and why my mind needed such long periods of sleep where I slept 12+hrs. I was deprived of REM Sleep.

I also got some meds to keep me alert, incase I need something to keep me awake with all the boringness of work. I also got some meds to put me to sleep so that I can try to get my Circadian rhythm back in order (although I think my body is on a 36 Hr circadian rhythm)

Went to RenFaire [: It was awesome. I didn’t have a chance to get a costume but next time I’ll have to dress up. I’m thinking of a Legend of Zelda theme. [;

On the day of the dead, you should remember your loved ones that have passed on. It’s not just about dressing up and getting candy. I love you Rachel, Grampa, Danny and Mark.

I received a call today from the sleep diagnostic clinic. Apparently I am going to need a machine to help me breathe when I sleep. I wonder whut it’s going to be like to actually get “good” sleep?
